This was one of those weddings where things moved so fast that if one stopped to breathe (or pack your camera bag), you’ll get left behind. That’s exactly what happened to us at Swizzlesticks when Mimi jumped out of Valerie’s chair and hopped into the SUV before we could even say “wha”?? (don’t worry, we caught up!)
For the outdoor ceremony, we were blessed with nice sunny weather even though the forecast had called for rain. It was extra special for everyone because Will’s dad, the deputy Speaker of the Alberta Legislative Assembly, was the the officiant.
