I was in Vancouver last weekend to hang out with Kara and Lawrence and shoot their engagement pictures. The weather was superb on Saturday and everywhere we went, people had cameras, taking pictures. Unfortunately for us, we had scheduled our session on Sunday which had a completely different kind of weather – rain.
We started our day at a cafe near Gastown and walked through some back alleys and construction sites looking for cool stuff. But Kara got cold and I got wet so we decided to hit a big mall to change outfits and explore the underground areas. Even though I have been to that mall so many times, I couldn’t believe how much cool stuff was there that I never noticed. Even the security guard that kicked us out was cool.
This shoot was a serious blast, guys! I dedicated this session to all my friends in Vancouver and Seattle who work around rain, rain and rain throughout the year. I dunno how you muthas do it!
